The Best Franchise Awards 2024 celebrated outstanding franchise achievements last week at the British Franchise Association conference in Telford on 7th November.

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s winners:

  • Best Franchise Management – Chaiiwala

Ashtons Franchise Consulting proudly participated in the judging process, with consultant Karl Sandall on the panel. Karl brought deep industry knowledge and insight, helping to spotlight the unique strengths of each winner. Reflecting on the experience, Karl said, “It was a most enjoyable experience seeing the passion and hard work put in by the finalists to their franchise operations.”

The competition was fierce, and this year’s winners of Best Franchise Awards 2024 have every reason to be proud. Franchisors enter the awards through a confidential, online franchisee satisfaction survey. Based on this feedback, finalists are selected to present to the judging panel. Karl and the judges were thoroughly impressed with the innovation, dedication, and passion shown by all participants.

The awards ceremony also celebrated all franchisors who achieved the WorkBuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction this year. Earning this accolade requires meeting a rigorous set of criteria and standards.
