Case Study: All Trades Network
All Trades Network operate within the construction/insurance sector, offering their clients (major UK insurers and loss adjustors) a comprehensive reinstatement service; from initial validation/repudiation of a domestic insurance claim through to undertaking the survey, costing and finally scheduling the repairs required.
During the whole process, their paramount concern is for the policyholder, ensuring they receive the service they expect from a major household named insurer.
The Context
All Trades was founded in 2002. The decision was taken to develop a franchise network in 2004. They realised the importance of bringing in specialist franchising knowledge and recruited AFC to develop the franchise system. The franchise was launched in 2005.
The Strategy
In 2010, AFC reviewed and updated All Trades Network’s franchise documents and helped with their franchise recruitment. Today, All Trades Network has over 30 regional offices offering their clients a truly nationwide coverage for their building reinstatement needs.
The Outcome
Keith Roberts, Managing Director, says: “AFC repeatedly stressed the importance of long-term thinking, and was committed to developing a business model and franchise offering that would be sustainably profitable. Now, our business is thriving, our network is strong and our prospects are bright. If you are looking to franchise your business, consider asking AFC to develop your system.”
