Ashtons Franchise Consulting welcomes second consultant in 2022

Ashtons Franchise Consulting welcomes second consultant in 2022 – it has expanded and strengthened its team with the appointment of Rebecca Newenham.

Rebecca is a successful franchisor and runs an international team of over 70 including 10 franchisees. She published her first book ‘Virtually Yours’ in 2020, is one of f:Entrepreneur’s Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs and won the British Franchise Association Franchise Balance Award in 2021. Rebecca is passionate about supporting women into business and is joining Ashtons Franchise Consulting in order to share her expertise with those planning to franchise their business. She will also continue to expand her own franchise operation.

After a career as a corporate buyer with the likes of Superdrug and Sainsbury’s, Rebecca founded the award-winning virtual assistant outsourcing agency Get Ahead in 2010. Fast forward to the current day and Get Ahead has a vast team of business experts who deliver marketing and business support services to individuals and companies worldwide.

Rebecca says: “I used a franchise consultant myself who completely changed my mindset of franchising, helping me shape the franchise that I wanted – one that would be true to my values and allow eventual expansion. I feel ready to be that franchise consultant myself; mentoring my franchisees and helping them grow their own businesses, so am really excited to be able to do this as part of the experienced team at Ashtons Franchise Consulting”.
