The self proclaimed ‘find and fix experts’ offer their specialist service to both residential and commercial properties.

The business was founded in 2017 by David and Colin, both with over 20 years of experience in the wider insurance repair industry. Originally called Water Loss Solutions, they rebranded in 2023 and Leak Detective was born!

Driven by this high demand, David sought assistance from Ashtons Franchise Consulting (AFC) in 2022 to franchise the business. In the subsequent months, AFC’s consultant, Charlie Dickson, conducted a franchise feasibility study and then developed the complete franchise program, including the Prospectus, Franchise Manual, marketing plan, trademarking, recruitment process, and initial support.
