Founded in 2008, Eggfree Cake Box has seen impressive year on year growth – arguably helped along the way by franchising.

Cake Box is committed to crafting top quality eggless, vegetarian cream cakes suitable for any and every special occasion. The first store opened in East London and was an instant success.

Founder and CEO Sukh Chamdal looked into franchising the business in 2010 and chose Ashtons Franchise Consulting to work on the task.

The company now has over 180 retail locations and has entered the stock exchange as a PLC. Their goal is 250 locations – so watch this space!
